Aquifer-Scale Groundwater Storage Anomalies from GRACE (2002–2025): Random-Forest Downscaling with Cluster-Based Well-log Validation

I assisted on an aquifer study at the University of Memphis in 2025. My role was to build the dashboard associated with this study:
Aquifer-Scale Groundwater Storage Anomalies from GRACE (2002–2025): Random-Forest Downscaling with Cluster-Based Well-log Validation
By George Williford, Brian Wentzloff, and Youngsang Kwon
The study developed a random-forest model to downscale GRACE satellite data to aquifer scales, validated with well-log data clustered by hydrogeologic similarity. The dashboard allows exploration of spatial maps and time series for aquifer storage anomalies.
The dashboard is hosted on ArcGIS Online and can be accessed here:
https://cpgis.maps.arcgis.com/apps/dashboards/80bada77384e4bb2bdec3428c3683496
It features interactive maps and time series visualizations, allowing users to explore groundwater storage anomalies across different aquifers and time periods.
